-High level support- to take a deeper dive into our existing business- and help find efficiencies 

-Building out/ improving the existing team including Marketing and Culinary 

-Directing the professional development of our multi-unit managers 

-Manage operations by allocating resources, delegating responsibilities, evaluating challenges with COGS, and redesigning existing processes, policies, and procedures 

-Help structure succession planning with store-level management/hourly recruitment
