Floor Manager – $70,000–$78,000

We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Floor Manager to join the leadership team at our high-volume BBQ restaurant in New York City. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming guest experience
  • Lead, coach, and inspire front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement operational strategies and meet performance goals
  • Proactively resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Manage scheduling, floor coverage, and service flow during peak hours

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of front-of-house management experience in a busy NYC restaurant, ideally in casual or upscale-casual dining
  • A passion for BBQ and a strong understanding of hospitality best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Calm, solutions-driven approach to challenges
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $70,000–$75,000, based on experience
