We are conducting a confidential search for an accomplished General Manager to lead a high-volume, polished restaurant in a dynamic and highly competitive market.

This leader will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for guests and team members while driving both top-line sales and bottom-line profitability. The ideal candidate understands that sustainable restaurant success is built through strong people, thoughtful systems, consistent accountability, and an unwavering commitment to hospitality.

This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role for someone who knows how to move seamlessly between big-picture business strategy and the details of daily operations. Ideal Experience

• 3–4 years of General Manager or comparable senior restaurant management experience within a high-volume, upscale or elevated full-service restaurant.
• Proven experience driving sales, managing labor and operating costs, and improving restaurant profitability.
• Experience leading and developing a sizeable management and hourly team.
