Job Title: Assistant General Manager

Job Summary:

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service, revenue growth, and adherence to luxury hospitality standards. Working closely with the General Manager and Director of Food & Beverage, the AGM enhances guest experiences and maintains brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Service Excellence

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service.
  • Maintain high service standards and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to enhance offerings.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop front-of-house staff.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster teamwork across departments for an enhanced guest experience.

Financial & Revenue Management

  • Support revenue and profitability goals through strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Identify revenue-enhancing opportunities while maintaining brand integrity.

Guest Engagement & Brand Representation

  • Act as a brand ambassador, fostering guest relationships.
  • Address guest feedback with a proactive approach.
  • Support marketing and guest engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in luxury restaurant or high-end hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of fine dining, luxury service, and revenue management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with POS systems and operational technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.

Certifications & Physical Requirements:

  • Florida Food Manager Certification preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs.
