This role will oversee building systems, restaurant equipment, preventative maintenance programs, vendor relationships, repairs, and facilities-related projects. The Regional Facilities Manager will work directly with General Managers, Chefs, and regional leadership to identify opportunities, resolve issues, manage costs, and maintain consistent facilities standards across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy, relationship-oriented leader who is technically strong, highly organized, and comfortable balancing hands-on problem-solving with regional oversight. This person should be tough but fair, communicate effectively, and build trusted relationships with restaurant teams and outside partners.

Why You’ll Love This Opportunity:

  • Strong leadership partnership: Work directly with a supportive VP of Facilities and collaborate with an established leadership team.
  • Regional ownership: Take meaningful responsibility for facilities operations across multiple restaurant locations.
  • Variety and autonomy: Balance hands-on technical work, vendor relationships, project management, and strategic facilities improvements.
  • Travel opportunities: Visit restaurants across the Central US and West Coast and gain exposure to additional markets as the organization grows.
  • Excellent Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage. 3 weeks paid time off per year. Dining credits and discounts nationwide.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Demonstrated experience in restaurant facilities management or a related facilities leadership role.
  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical building systems.
  • Experience installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial restaurant kitchen equipment, including combi ovens, fryers, hoods, dish machines, and Ansul systems.
  • Strong vendor management and contractor coordination experience.
  • Experience managing preventative maintenance programs, repair budgets, and facilities projects.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations, building codes, and restaurant operating requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects, deadlines, and changing business needs.
  • A proactive, high-energy approach with strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a sense of urgency.
  • A tough-but-fair leadership style with the ability to maintain composure and objectivity in challenging situations.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
  • Experience with CMMS platforms and ServiceChannel preferred.
  • Restaurant Facilities Management Association certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record with appropriate insurance coverage.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently to restaurant locations, with occasional travel to other markets as needed.
  • Availability to serve as an on-call resource on Fridays and Saturdays.
