Recruiter
One Haus is a national recruiting firm specializing in hospitality industry. We are looking for an experienced full-desk recruiter to join our growing team.
This is a full-time, 100% remote opportunity for a recruiter who knows how to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client management through sourcing, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer negotiation, and placement.
What You'll Do
- Manage a full desk of active searches from intake through placement
- Source and engage both active and passive candidates
- Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess experience, qualifications, and fit
- Present qualified candidates and manage the interview process through offer and close
- Develop new client relationships and generate your own business alongside company-provided assignments
- Maintain accurate candidate and client activity within our ATS
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build pipelines and expand your network
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of formal talent acquisition experience required, either with a recruiting agency or as an in-house recruiter
- Experience managing searches independently and working within an applicant tracking system
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing
- Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Hospitality recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Experience recruiting within closely related industries such as retail, consumer-facing businesses, travel, or leisure will also be considered
Please Note: This is not an entry-level position. We will only consider candidates with formal talent acquisition experience in an agency or in-house recruiting environment. General HR, hospitality operations, sales, or management experience without direct recruiting experience will not qualify.
Compensation & Structure
- Full-time commitment
- 100% remote
- Commission-only compensation
- 1099 independent contractor position
- This is not a W-2 salaried position
- Uncapped earning potential based on placements and business development
