Job Title: Pool F&B Manager

Department: Food & Beverage

FLSA Status: Exempt

Job Summary:

The Pool F&B Manager oversees all food and beverage operations at the pool area, ensuring high-quality service, efficient operations, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include team management, cost control, menu development, and compliance with health and safety regulations, while optimizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Guest Experience

  • Supervise daily poolside F&B operations, ensuring service excellence.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Plan and execute special events and promotions.

Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, and oversee F&B team members.
  • Implement training programs and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Ensure optimal staffing during peak hours and events.

Financial & Inventory Management

  • Develop budgets and monitor costs to maintain profitability.
  • Control inventory, reduce waste, and manage supplier relations.
  • Analyze financial reports and adjust operations as needed.

Menu Development & Compliance

  • Collaborate with chefs to design seasonal menus.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and health regulations.
  • Maintain high standards in food and beverage presentation.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of F&B management experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.

Certifications & Physical Requirements:

  • Florida Food Manager & Alcohol Compliance Certification preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
