Manager of HR Training and Development

Employment Classification: Exempt

Reports To: Director of Operations

Location: Corporate

Summary:

Responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations across all departments to ensure effective management aligned with organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in HR or hospitality management roles
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training
  • Coordinate with recruiters, maintain hiring ads and executive files
  • Provide guidance on employment law and internal policies
  • Oversee employee training, performance management, and compliance
  • Support managers in addressing employee issues, benefits, and payroll concerns
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with legal requirements and organizational goals
  • Review and update HR policies and handle employee discipline/termination

Physical Demands:

Mostly sedentary role with occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs) and use of hands for handling objects. Reasonable accommodations provided as needed.
