Summary:
Responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations across all departments to ensure effective management aligned with organizational policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in HR or hospitality management roles
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training
- Coordinate with recruiters, maintain hiring ads and executive files
- Provide guidance on employment law and internal policies
- Oversee employee training, performance management, and compliance
- Support managers in addressing employee issues, benefits, and payroll concerns
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with legal requirements and organizational goals
- Review and update HR policies and handle employee discipline/termination
Physical Demands:
Mostly sedentary role with occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs) and use of hands for handling objects. Reasonable accommodations provided as needed.
