General Manager – Atlanta, GA

Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000

Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead our Atlanta restaurant. You’ll own the full operation, from guest experience and team development to financial performance, while upholding the high standards and energetic culture that define our brand. This role is ideal for a polished, people-first leader who thrives in a high-volume, full-service environment and wants to grow with an expanding group.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front- and back-of-house operations, ensuring a consistent, exceptional guest experience
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong management team and staff
• Drive sales and profitability through effective management of P&L, labor, and cost of goods
• Partner with the Chef team to ensure seamless communication between FOH and BOH
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor to budget
• Build and maintain relationships with guests, the local community, and neighborhood partners
• Support private dining and events to grow incremental revenue
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
• Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture rooted in hospitality

Qualifications

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Proven track record of managing P&L and hitting financial targets
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams
• Wine and beverage knowledge; familiarity with Spanish cuisine a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with POS, scheduling, and inventory systems
• ServSafe and alcohol service certifications (or ability to obtain)
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
