Job Description: General Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee guest experience, reservations, and VIP management.
  • Build and maintain strong guest relationships.
  • Respond to guest inquiries via email and phone.
  • Hire, train, and manage FOH staff, including scheduling and payroll approval.
  • Maintain service standards, including supplies, equipment, sanitation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Control costs related to food, beverages, labor, and operations.
  • Ensure financial and payroll tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, staff appearance, and brand image.
  • Handle guest and employee complaints professionally.
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and shift management.
  • Conduct team meetings and staff evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and labor regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Maitre D’ experience preferred.
  • Energetic, professional, and well-presented.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • 3-5 years of restaurant/hospitality management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $100-110K + Bonuses, PTO, Employee Discounts
