Creative, experiential hospitality driven brand, is looking for and experienced General Manager to join their opening team for Las Vegas. This is a dynamic, fun, high volume, high energy hospitality brand expanding into the Vegas market. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a successful launch and opening of a premier entertainment and hospitality venue located at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas, with a capacity of 800+ guests and a team of over 200 staff members. This role demands exceptional leadership and a commitment to the highest professional and ethical standards. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of a premium hospitality experience while fostering a collaborative work environment that empowers the team to exceed expectations. By implementing the corporate vision, you will lead the management team to achieve operational excellence and position the venue as a leader in the Las Vegas hospitality scene.


In this role, you will manage budgets, oversee financial planning, and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue and control costs. Building relationships within the local community, you will enhance the venue's presence through marketing efforts, partnerships, and events that attract a diverse clientele. Your focus on quality, guest satisfaction, and innovation will be central to achieving success, while ensuring all operations adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards. This position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader to make a significant impact and deliver excellence in one of Las Vegas's premier locations.


Candidate Requirements: 

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in multi-faceted premium hospitality (full-service food and beverage/restaurants are strongly preferred) environments with significant volume and high standards of performance
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as a General Manager, Multi-Unit General Manager, or Area Director , overseeing complex business models with multiple revenue streams
  • Commitment to consistently and directly participating in venue floor operations to maintain strong, first hand, understanding of the business’ culture and efficacy of process and systems as the business evolves.
  • Las Vegas hospitality experience
  • Experience managing relationships within a larger ecosystem (outlets within a casino or large-box hotel)
  • Knowledge of Group Sales and Events to have a productive partnership with Group Sales team.
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Excellent communication at all levels
  • A big-picture mentality with a hands-on approach, leads by example
  • The ability to delegate to and empower management to run their respective departments with a hard-working and positive attitude
  • Experience in systems creation, analysis, implementation, and efficacy
  • The highest integrity as a leader and ability to positively drive the culture, and project a positive external image while demanding performance from management and associates
  • Approachable with an amicable personality and sense of humor
  • A healthy interest in social competition and passion for hospitality
  • TIPS alcohol certification
  • Food handling certification
  • The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
