Executive Chef | High Volume, Multi Unit Property | Boston
EXECUTIVE CHEF
Boston, MA
A premier, high-volume sports and entertainment destination in Boston is seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead its culinary program. This is a significant leadership opportunity within a year-round operation that combines large-scale volume with elevated hospitality, premium dining, luxury suites, private clubs, concessions, catering, and special events.
The property hosts a packed calendar of professional sporting events, concerts, and live entertainment throughout the year, including occasions with multiple events taking place in a single day. The culinary operation is already supported by a strong team and established culture; the next Executive Chef will be tasked with building on that foundation while continuing to elevate the food, leadership, and overall guest experience.
This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position. While the Executive Chef will spend less time behind the line than in a traditional restaurant role, this is not an office job. They will remain deeply connected to the operation, moving throughout the property, engaging with culinary teams and other departments, and serving as the face of the food program both internally and externally.
