OVERVIEW:


An internationally acclaimed chef is seeking an Executive Chef for his fine dining restaurant located in a luxury hotel in Downtown Boston. The Executive Chef is responsible for providing this brand's extremely high standard of creating and delivering remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to guests. The Executive Chef is responsible for the supervision of the Sous Chefs and kitchen staff and creating and fostering a sanitary, productive, and team-oriented work environment. In this position, the Executive Chef will act as the leader in the kitchen, upholding service priorities including safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. 


REQUIREMENTS:


We are seeking an experienced, well-rounded, and hands-on Executive Chef with at least two years of experience overseeing a high volume fine dining kitchen staff at a CDC/Exec Chef level. Successful candidates are energetic, highly motivated, committed to a high level of excellence, and a passion for hospitality. Strong tenures are also preferred.
