A dynamic, high-end hospitality group is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for one of its flagship Boston concepts.This modern, high-energy restaurant offers an elevated dining and nightlife experience where the evening seamlessly moves from dinner and cocktails into a lively late-night atmosphere. We are looking for a leader who understands how to deliver polished hospitality while thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
The ideal candidate is confident, charismatic, and hands-on, with a natural ability to lead from the floor. This individual will bring warmth, strong operational instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate a team while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous restaurant management experience in a high-volume, upscale or luxury hospitality environment
- Strong floor presence and natural leadership ability
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to coach, develop, and motivate a service team
- Understanding of elevated service standards and restaurant operations
- Wine and spirits knowledge highly valued
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
