One Haus seeks a leader to take charge of a client’s Wine and Spirits programs to open a new outdoor dining room. The successful candidate will be adaptable to the changing environment having a passion to grow, collaborate, and be a part of something special.

We are seeking a passionate qualified leader to be a role model who is hands on, driven, and committed to upholding our hospitality standards. S/he must possess an owners mentality when operating the business, a strong level of financial acumen, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
3 years experience as a restaurant beverage manager/wine director in a quality, contemporary, full-service restaurant
Extensive knowledge of wines and spirits including characteristics, producers, regions, pairings, and service
Ability to manage substantial product inventories while maximizing profitability
Excellent problem-solving skills- puts the guest first and turns around bad situations
Detail orientation, especially product quality and safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
Clear communicator and strong listener
Understands and analyzes the P&L and course corrects as needed
A flexible schedule is required. Morning, nights, weekends, and holidays are required
