Growing boutique hotel brand in the Catskills is seeking an Sous Chef to join the growing culinary team. The sous chef will report to the Executive chef and will help oversee BOH operations for property restaurant. Cuisine is focused in local ingredients with emphasis on the Hudson Valley. - At least 2 years experience in a managerial role, preferable at sous chef level
- Proven leadership skills
- Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and associate relations
- Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must be eligible to work in the US for any employer
