National hospitality group is seeking experienced Sous Chefs to join their culinary focused team at their prime CT location. Ideal candidate would have 2 years in a leadership role ideally in a high volume setting. While open to casual and upscale backgrounds, preferred experience would be in an upscale, fine dining or steakhouse environment. - 1-3 of progressive experience in the back of house.
- High volume restaurant experience preferred.
- Superior knowledge of back of house administrative duties a must
