DESCRIPTION:

National hospitality group is seeking experienced Sous Chefs to join their culinary focused team at their prime CT location. Ideal candidate would have 2 years in a leadership role ideally in a high volume setting. While open to casual and upscale backgrounds, preferred experience would be in an upscale, fine dining or steakhouse environment. This is an opportunity to be a part of a leading brand with upward mobility and longevity. Candidate should be team oriented and guest focused.

Please note, All candidates must be willing to work in a casino setting.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 of progressive experience in the back of house.
  • High volume restaurant experience preferred.
  • Superior knowledge of back of house administrative duties a must
  • Proven ability in teaching and mentoring kitchen employees
  • Outstanding communication and supervisory skills
  • Self motivated and demonstrates quick thinking
