Salary: $60000 – $65000
High profile restaurant group is seeking experienced Sous Chef for their ***Michelin location. Only applicants with relevant and transferrable experience will be considered. Ideal candidates will have stable tenures, strong attention to detail, proven track record of mentorship and managing teams under pressure and excellent references (we will check).

- Minimum 1 year experience as Sous.
- Michelin experience required.
- Classical French training is a big plus!
- Organized and comprehensive purchasing experience.
- Strong, local vendor relations.
- Inventory control, menu, plate & labor costing.
- Experience leading a kitchen team of 10+ employees.
- Thorough knowledge of food handling practices including a food protection certificate.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and coach a dynamic team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for success, and an uncompromising commitment to excellence.
- Intermediate computer skills & knowledge.
- French speaking a plus!
