Salary: $90,000 – $100,000

Growing boutique hotel brand in the Catskills is seeking an CDC/Sous Chef to join the growing culinary team. This postion will report to the Executive chef and will help oversee BOH operations for property F&B. The hotel has a variety of F&B outlets including a restaurant, bakery, pool bar and event space. Cuisine is focused in local ingredients with emphasis on the American comfort food that brings in the influence of the Catskills vibe. REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years experience in a managerial role, preferable at sous chef or CDC level
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and associate relations
  • Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Team player who wants to work with a collaborative hospitality brand
