Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on menu planning and provide constructive feedback.
- Serve as a role model for junior chefs and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Manage training processes for new hires.
- Oversee labor and food costs, and assist with inventory management.
- Inspire team members through positive reinforcement and promotion of company policies.
- Participate in recruitment efforts and assist with interviews.
- Understand scheduling and budgeting to support operational efficiency.
- Manage maintenance tasks and address equipment issues promptly.
- Handle day-to-day operations, including problem-solving and teaching opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Genuine passion for hospitality and making others happy.
- Minimum three years of experience in fine dining.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Leadership abilities and willingness to mentor others.
- Adaptability and positive attitude.
