Strong presence on the floor and wine knowledge encouraged. Excellent growth potential in a high level fine dining environment with a leading Italian focused hospitality group. Ideal candidate has at least 2 years of management experience in fine dining.

• Proven track record and work history in a service focused group
• Attention to detail
• Dynamic, high energy but polished presence on the floor
• Sense of urgency
• Experience in beverage program management
• High emotional intelligence
• Ability to adapt to and abide by culture of company
• Excellent ability to multitask
