Creative and growing hospitality brand is seeking a Senior Food & Beverage Marketing Manager to oversee their newest boutique hotel property in Brooklyn. The Food & Beverage Marketing Manager’s role will be to project and manage all interactive and field marketing initiatives, while liaising with the Director of Food & Beverage, Corporate Office and Hotel Marketing Teams on execution and implementation of overarching brand strategies. The key focus will be to create, execute and report on the marketing plan, help build and maintain brand presence, project management, & content management of all marketing touch points. Additionally, the manager will ensure proper field communications of company strategies, goals, & training.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Plan and execute annual Marketing Plan
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns at both the venue and corporate level
• Work closely with property operators and corporate office to plan marketing initiatives and create synergies across brands and verticals
• Develop ongoing programming and activations for the venues
• Manage brand and location-specific website and social content updates
• Develop relevant and engaging content for social campaigns
• Manage & schedule paid social media ad campaigns to align with budget
 • Assist in planning and executing on- and off-premise promotional events
• Monthly Reporting on Marketing Plan Other Responsibilities
• Field Marketing: manage social, websites, apps, e-blasts/newsletters and search campaigns for the venues
• Coordinate the maintenance of restaurant brand webpages
• Oversee online reputation & social media reports
• Support CRM collection and database development
• Oversee advertising campaign creative and media schedules
• Oversee and work directly with graphic designers on all digital and print artwork
• Manage the email calendar and ensure timely deployment of all e-blasts
• Taking successful local marketing initiatives and applying them to brand-level and brand-wide initiatives; supporting regional efforts at the brand level
• Develop and assist with executing social media campaigns
• Create short term and annual plans for evolving brand’s social presence
• Manage influencer outreach programs & schedule, manage visits a-z
• Coordinate filmings and photo shoots in venues
• Develop and test partnerships to open new streams of revenues
• Stay current on emerging technology, providers, and trends that could have a positive impact on brand online/mobile/interactive presence and incremental revenue potential
• Proactively make recommendations and follow established brand strategies to improve visual and copy development, meet performance objectives, and drive operational efficiencies

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related field
• 3-5 years related experience
• Experience in hospitality, lifestyle marketing preferred
• A passion for 360 marketing
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Entrepreneurial spirit. Resourceful, possessing a proactive approach to problem solving and ability to work and think independently
• Ability to drive results, be agile and thrive within a fast-paced environment
