Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead our team at our upscale casual, high-volume restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, uphold exceptional service standards, manage the restaurant's financial performance, and foster a positive working environment for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience in line with our upscale casual brand.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of restaurant staff, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Implement and uphold the highest standards of service excellence, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer service to every guest.
  • Manage staffing levels, scheduling, training, and development of team members to meet operational requirements and enhance employee performance.
  • Monitor and manage the financial performance of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization to achieve financial objectives.
  • Implement efficient operational processes and systems to enhance productivity, quality, and guest satisfaction while controlling costs.

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, upscale casual dining setting.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in financial management, cost control, and analysis.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Familiarity with restaurant software and POS systems.
