Neighborhood spot in Point Pleasant Beach seeks restaurant manager. Full service dining on one side and our Grab & Go on the other side serving delicious homemade prepared foods, fresh pastries, coffee and retail. We opened in late Summer 2023 and has already attracted a loyal local following. 

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as Store Manager located in Point Pleasant, NJ. As a Store Manager, you will oversee the operations of one of our family-friendly and cozy restaurants, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities include managing staff, evaluating performance, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards. You will also be responsible for ensuring smooth restaurant operations and providing exceptional customer service, thus helping to achieve revenue and cost targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage staff, evaluate performance, and drive results
• Experience in budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards, and restaurant regulations
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations with a positive attitude
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service
