Creative and growing event driven hospitality brand is seeking a DC based recruitment manager. The Recruitment Manager of Washington DC is responsible for leading the company’s approach to the first two stages of the employee lifecycle, namely attraction and onboarding.  They actively manage and maintain all recruitment systems and administrative functions of the recruitment processes. They also act as a point of contact and support for management in Washington DC with regards to recruitment. 

This is a fun, high energy concept that is expanding nationally so it is an excellent opportunity to help build out a stellar team.

Our perfect candidate has: 

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in recruitment (hospitality industry experience is a plus) 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
  • Charisma and an engaging demeanor 
  • Integrity and ability to maintain confidential information 
  • Strong sense of morals, ethics, and self-discipline 
  • Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • The ability to travel for work
