DINING ROOM MANAGER
This position will focus on continuous improvement to service standards and guest relations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years experience in a managerial role, preferably with independent restaurant group generating at least $10mm in total annual revenues
- Strong fine dining practices - deep understanding of fine dining steps of service
- Strong communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Passion for food & beverage
- Ability to work in a friendly relaxing demeanor in a high volume, fast-paced setting
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Detail oriented
- NYC restaurant experience
- Must be willing to work closing shifts (approximately 4pm-2am)
