DESCRIPTION
Highly regarded Michelin restaurant group based in San Francisco is seeking a passionate and experienced Pastry Sous Chef. Only serious culinary professionals need apply.
Candidate should come with excellent culinary pedigree and loyal tenures in recent positions. A strong background in high-level pastry production and plating is required for consideration and success. Must have leadership skills including managing, coaching, and team development. Focus, precision and a relentless pursuit of excellence is a must.

REQUIREMENTS
- Current experience in Pastry Sous Chef or lead pastry role
- Strong background in fine dining
- Michelin or James Beard experience preferred
- Precise attention to detail with ability to replicate and teach recipes
- Strong understanding of purchasing, ordering, costing, labor and vendor relations
- Dynamic leadership qualities with ability to motivate and coach in a positive manner
- Creativity and collaboration
- Strong references and background check required
- Bilingual a plus
