DESCRIPTION:

Hospitality management company seeks a talented Pastry Chef at a soon to open hotel in DTLA. The ideal candidate is a passionate, enthusiastic and purpose driven leader with experience in a high volume restaurant and/or multiple hotel restaurant outlets.  The Pastry Chef will be responsible for developing the pastry menu and day to day operations and production for all 5 outlets. 

Role reports to Hotel Executive Chef and DOFB.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of executive pastry chef experience in high volume fine dniing and/or hotels with multiple outlets
  • Michelin experience is a plus
  • Pre-opening experience preferred
