
Modern Mexican | Executive Chef | Las Vegas
Growing Boutique Hospitality group is seeking an Executive Chef for their new opening in Las Vegas, a modern Mexican restaurant offering a regionally inspired menu that beautifully encapsulates the country’s essence, with a special emphasis on craft tequila, mezcal and artisanal cocktails.
The Executive Chef is directly responsible for and executing kitchen SOP standards for the new innovative restaurant concept to open in Las Vegas. The Executive Chef has overall responsibility for ensuring culinary excellence while monitoring financial goals, ensuring that best practices are being implemented and significant unit profitability goals are achieved. The Executive Chef is key member of the Company’s management team in Las Vegas and will be required to meets/exceeds financial growth and success in the Las Vegas Marketplace.
Furthermore, his position has responsibilities in leadership, restaurant operations, kitchen operations and development. The Executive Chef will monitor and ensure that the menu and recipes are being followed by conducting recipe testing, ensuring standards of quality and overseeing on all matters pertaining to kitchen operations to include hiring and retention of staff/kitchen personnel: unit culinary and financial audits, budgeting, cost controls, facility planning, recruitment, staffing and staff development.
