HR Director | NYC/LA
Expanding hospitality brand with locations in NYC, LA and Las Vegas is seeking an Human Resource Director to oversee all locations. This position can be based out of NYC or LA with some travel but is primarily hybrid. Ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in an HRD level role along with an excellent payroll background. This company is a boutique growing brand that is also opening in Vegas and Scottsdale so the ideal candidate is creative and excited about helping to development and implement a strong HR Department for the future success.
Requirements:
• Experience in a general HR role in Hospitality industry is MANDATORY with multi-unit oversight of locations in NYC and California
• Experience in a similar position of at least 5 years
• Knowledge of F&B sector is a plus in a entrepreneurial driven environment.
• Organized, rigorous, trustworthy person who knows how to work in a team. Recognized for their diplomacy and organizational skills
