Responsibilities:

  • Lead culinary operations and serve as a cultural and business leader.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and collaborate with sales and operations teams.
  • Advocate for guest experience and uphold our values.
  • Develop innovative menus and maintain high standards of hospitality.
  • Oversee food safety and financial management.


Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or equivalent in a Michelin or James Beard restaurant.
  • Strong communication skills across various platforms.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends.
  • Excellence in hospitality.
