We are seeking a General Manager to embody our mentality and culture
General Manager Expectations:
- Experience cultivating and maintaining guest relations through a dynamic floor presence
- Ability to lead and develop a large team with a positive, energetic approach
- Consistent execution of all systems, standards, and processes
General Manager Requirements:
- Exceptionally service-oriented
- 4+ years leadership in preferably chef-driven concepts or high-end quality scratch kitchens
- Established longevity & career progression
- High-volume experience
