DESCRIPTION

Michelin restaurant group with multiple locations is seeking an experienced General Manager with vast experience in Michelin level, fine dining service to oversee dual properties in San Francisco. Ideal candidate will be a “true leader” who has exceptional understanding of financial strategy including COGS control and P&L analysis. Ability to navigate digital systems and technology is necessary! GM will also exhibit poise, deep hospitality and have genuine passion for local, organic ingredients and modern food trends. Additional experience we’re looking for: hiring, training, coaching, SOP’s, inventory, purchasing, timekeeping and scheduling.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors or Culinary Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5+ years GM experience
  • Exceptional financial acumen
  • Good understanding of local cuisine, purveyors/farmers and vendors
  • All necessary admin skills
