NYC based bespoke hospitality group is seeking a dedicated and passionate General Manager to join their team in Oklahoma City. Candidate will be responsible for the daily coordination of all food and beverage service and operations within the restaurant. Work under the guidance of the Food & Beverage Director to develop, implement, and monitor effective and compliant processes and procedures in alignment with company culture and philosophy. Ensure the planning, training, development and mentoring of direct reports to achieve service objectives and excellent guest satisfaction. Demonstrate leadership, creativity, integrity, and resourcefulness in a positive and constructive manner. Financial acumen required and a strong wine background preferred.


  • 1-3 years experience as a restaurant General Manager
  • Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, develop and grow a dynamic team
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Financial acumen including understanding of P&L, cost & labor control and scheduling
  • Excellent guest interaction skills and ability to diffuse issues promptly, effectively and gracefully
  • Polished, poised, articulate and innovative
  • Strong wine background preferred
