We are seeking a strong, energetic, and proactive GM for our upscale, Japanese concept in West Hollywood. Must have strong command of steps of service plus relevant management experience with notable, upscale, full service restaurant groups. Ideal candidate will have high volume experience in both independent and corporate restaurants, strong training background and no less than two years in any management or team leader position.
