Part of a family of restaurants (read: lots of opportunity for growth) located throughout Los Angeles and Orange County, this restaurant group is seeking a passionate, qualified leader to be a hands-on role model of professionalism and hospitality.


  • 3-5 years of previous General Manager experience in a chef driven contemporary, full-service restaurant
  • Lead, develop and mentor a team of approximately 80 individuals
  • Focus on the details including steps of service, cleanliness, hospitality, food safety and team morale and productivity
  • Ability to address challenges and problems efficiently, and drive a positive outcome
  • Understand our technologies and care about accuracy – (POS, Excel, Word, Ctuit, Hot Schedules)
  • Understand and analyze the P&L and course correct as needed
  • A flexible schedule is required including mornings, nights, weekends, holidays
