Experiential F&B group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the team.  Relevant management experience with notable, upscale, full service restaurant groups, hotel groups is preferred. Great opportunity for a hospitality professional to grow within a fun event oriented expanding food and beverage concept.  Operations Manager will head the Floor Team (Bussers, Servers, Floor Captains) or Reception Team (Coat Check, Bathroom Attendants, Reception, Reception Captains) so experience managing a team in a busy setting required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 year management experience in a full service, systems-based operation
  • High energy, detail oriented and ambitious
  • Effective and timely communication skills
  • Ability to deliver operational excellence
  • Team building skills - strong coaching abilities
  • Honesty, integrity and guest-oriented philosophy
  • Passion for quality and excellence in food, atmosphere and service
