Upscale Boutique hotel brand seeks an Executive Chef for their newest opening project in the Northern Catskills. This is a fun and growing brand who is looking for a culinary partner to bring their vision of ingredient driven, approachable comfort food all in a charming background to life. The ideal candidate has exposure in both a hotel and event driven environment. This is collaborative and team oriented setting that would provide the right candidate with a long term home.

  • Experience in upscale casual and fine dining
  • Hands on leadership style
  • Restaurant Culinary Leadership
  • Strong Communication and multitasking skills
  • Hotel & Banquet experience A MUST
  • Ability to create and implement systems and standards
  • Ability to train and mentor effective leaders
  • Strong financial acumen
