You will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and creativity in a dynamic and supportive environment. We are looking for a dedicated professional  who is capable of leading our kitchen team, driving innovation, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and taste.


  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Create and update seasonal menus, ensuring a balance of traditional Italian dishes and modern interpretations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring proper training, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory to minimize waste and control costs.
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards, and ensure compliance with all health regulations.
  • Develop and implement creative specials and promotions to attract and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve financial goals and control food and labor costs.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality and consistency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into the menu.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of culinary excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.


  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in Italian cuisine.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Italian culinary techniques and ingredients.
  • Creativity and innovation in menu development.
  • Strong understanding of food cost control and inventory management.
  • Food safety certification and adherence to all health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
