We are currently hiring an Executive Chef

The ideal candidate for the Executive Chef role should have extensive culinary knowledge and an innate passion for food. Responsible for providing oversight with respect to operations and assisting with culinary development. Oversees and directs the work of Sous Chefs and other HOH management. Leads by example and promotes a strong and positive culture, where our people come first. A wide degree of organization, leadership, communication, and creativity is expected.


  • 2 – 3 years executive chef experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant.
  • Must be creative and have a love for food.
  • Self-Motivated, open-minded and adaptable.
  • Excellent organizational skills and is process oriented.
  • Displays a strong work ethic and has the ability to stay positive and calm under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills. Written and verbal (1:1 and in a group setting).
  • Able to understand, speak and follow written and verbal instruction in English.
  • Ability to demonstrate discretion and leadership in complex employee relations matters.
  • Takes an interest and initiative in self-development and development of others.
  • Experience with back of house inventory systems, POS systems, timekeeping and scheduling systems and Microsoft office.

Physical Requirements

  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
  • Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 50lbs.
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours during a single shift, while possibly navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators.
