They are seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, a creative approach to menu development, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef to join a dynamic and growing team in the craft beer and culinary industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a creative and seasonally-inspired menu that complements our craft beer offerings.
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with brewery management to coordinate food and beer pairings for special events and promotions.
- Manage food inventory and control costs to optimize profitability.
- Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant or brewery setting.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Creative and innovative approach to menu development.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
