The restaurant is a 72 seat modern American restaurant located in the growing market of Tampa, Fl. With over 9 years in operations, we are a Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand recognized and James Beard nominated (2017 Best Chef South), independently owned and operated establishment.

We are looking for a dynamic Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate possesses a team-oriented, growth mindset. They’re organized, compassionate, loyal and positive. They will be responsible for leading the team through inclusiveness while embodying a leadership style that promotes creativity, productivity, and growth. 

Candidate profile:

  • Experience working Bib Gourmand or Michelin level restaurants or drive to learn how to do work at his level.

  • Student of the craft; reading, experimenting and refining; 


  • Culinary Degree preferred but not required
  • 2+ years of leading a kitchen
  • Experience R&D creative menu design
