DESCRIPTION

Upscale casual Italian fresh pasta, sour dough pizza restaurant to open in UWS.  Seeking a passionate experience pasta chef who loves to teach and inspire chefs in Italian cuisine. 
This is the first concept with a well known restaurant group in NYC with great culture.

Must uphold the highest standards of food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety of guests and team members. Will oversee and ensure all company systems and policies are followed, as well as maintaining quality and teaching and upholding company core values.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years’ as CDC or EC of high volume in Italian cuisine
  • Experience with sour dough pizza and fresh pasta making 
  • Passion for teaching, inspiring and educating young cooks
  • Opening experience a plus
  • Food handlers certificate
  • Ordering/inventory management
  • Must demonstrate longevity in each role
