Executive Chef needed for a start up Italian Restaurant Group looking to scale a concept nationally while opening the first two location within a close timeframe. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge and passion for preparing simple Italian cuisine with the leadership skills to form a strong team in each location.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive Chef role, preferably with independent restaurant group generating at least $6mm in total annual revenues and high volume setting. Must know how to teach and motivate staff with respect. Italian experience preferred. Multi-unit experience a bonus
Must be a great leader who knows how to motivate and delegate over multiple locations
