Accoladed DC restaurant group seeking a Ex Sous Chef for fine dining operation. The Ex. Sous will oversee all culinary operations for restaurant.
The ideal candidate is someone who has a real passion for making other people happy.
- At least 3 years of BOH management experience with at least 3 years at the Executive Chef or CDC level cooking in notable kitchen of equal rank - Michelin/ James Beard
- Guest centric philosophy and genuine desire to make people happy
- Strong leadership and coaching experience
- Must be highly organized and meticulous
- Must be proficient with food costing, P&L, budgets and building forecasts
- Exceptional cooking abilities; execution at high level
- Must possess a positive attitude with the ability to be a strong mentor for staff
