Event Sales Manager


The Role….

  • You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Events, Meetings, Conferences from the
  • planning stages to the execution of the event.
  • You will be active in selling to new, existing and potential clients in all event spaces.
  • You will manage and direct Private events duties, including but not limited to booking events,
  • creating contracts, BEOs, sending proposals, catering and other as required.
  • Perform sales site visits with clients, including pre-event walk throughs.
  • Update internal meetings, including catering and setup in calendar in Event Booking System.


Main Duties…

  • Develop and execute event strategies and plans that meet business objectives and budget

  • Coordinate all aspects of the event, including logistics, budgets, staffing, and vendor
  • management
  • Create and manage event budgets and timelines
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute events flawlessly
  • Oversee event promotion and marketing efforts
  • Manage event registration and attendee experience
  • Produce post-event reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure their event goals and expectations are met or exceeded
  • Ensure all events are executed efficiently, on-time.
  • Analyze event metrics and use data to continually improve the event planning and execution
  • process


Requirements…

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in event planning and execution
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with ease
