DESCRIPTION:

Growing Nashville-based hospitality brand is seeking an experience Marketing and Communications Director to oversee local initiatives for their restaurant concepts. This is a multi-concept brand with an approachable, fun, and dynamic vibe. Excellent opportunity to work with a growing brand with creative input.

We’re looking for a person with contagious enthusiasm that can help us scale our underlying brands through various marketing efforts. This role will require you to be flexible and dynamic; be a self-starter and work well autonomously; think strategically, but not be afraid to get your hands dirty; and be passionate about great food and restaurants.

  • Experience in hospitality sector, specifically with RESTAURANTS

  • Ability to work collaboratively with operations and sales departments and outside partners

  • Detail-oriented and organized; able to prioritize, multi-task, and deliver on strict deadlines
  • Understanding of creative specifications for digital creative assets (video, photos, copy, etc.)
  • Excited about digital media and understand how to create, build and engage communities of

  • An eye for design and the experience to collaborate well with designers

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 5+ years of applicable marketing experience (covering brand, digital marketing, marketing
  • strategy)
  • Understanding of finance and expense management
  • Experience in Hospitality, specifically Restaurants, is required
  • BA/BS in Marketing preferred
  • Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and business costing analysis
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, basic web design, InDesign, Asana or other project MGMT tools
