DESCRIPTION
Growing high touch, executive hospitality recruitment agency looking for enthusiastic and passionate CULINARY RECRUITER to join team. This is a remote, work from home position for an independent contractor that wants to use creative sourcing and recruiting methods to identify top-performing candidates for open positions with the agency’s hospitality clients. This position will also help develop strategic client relationships and business development to grow their desk.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full cycle recruiting, partnering with clients to source, screen, assess, select, and advise on hiring top talent
- Execute and build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage client expectations and satisfaction through diverse market challenges
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios
- Contribute innovative ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
- Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate pipeline within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients and ensure a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, and interview process management
- Draft dynamic and eye-catching job ads to generate excitement and candidate flow
REQUIREMENTS
- Hospitality Recruiting experience strongly preferred
- 5+ years of previous hospitality experience in a senior level management position within culinary operations with a reputable corporate or fine dining brand/concept in the United States
- Must possess skills and experience in using google suite, linkedin, indeed, and other job boards
- Must be organized, ambitious, with a tireless work ethic
- Well-developed analytical, decision-making, negotiation, problem-solving and verbal/written communication skills
- Naturally skilled at customer and guest services with a genuine passion for making people happy
- Ability to change gears on short notice and pivot with an exciting environment
- Self motivated, eager to learn and improve every day
- Strong interest in the restaurant industry and knowledgeable about market trends and notable competitors in the market
- Experience working in the Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York markets highly preferred
