Salary: $70000 – $90000
Respected multi -unit restaurant group is seeking rising star chef. Looking for Chef de Cuisine/Executive Chef to oversee high volume French Brasserie. Ideal candidate will be focused, humble, and able to facilitate strong administrative skills (inventory, ordering, scheduling, cost controls), solid cooking foundations, and the ability to oversee a staff in a busy setting. French brasserie cuisine driven by classical cooking techniques. Looking for a team player as well a teacher, someone who will ensure the staff will be set up for success for daily operations.
Will consider strong Ex. Sous Chefs ready to step up. Relocation assistance available for right candidate.
- Minimum 3 years experience running a kitchen as senior manager at CDC or similar level
- Proven track record of leadership
- Proficient in cost controls and P&L
- Quality control checks and consistency checks
- Scheduling and Labor budgeting
- Highly organized individual
- Health code compliance
- Must be willing to take direction
- Background in classic French cooking
