Job Summary

The Chef de Cusine is responsible for operating a profitable Culinary Department within restaurant. The Chef de Cusine has the opportunity to manage a team of cooks, and other staff to provide a quality dining experience for patrons and serve a seasonal and innovative menu. They are responsible for:

Hiring, promoting, and disciplining associates as required.

Coordinating all related departments regarding food purchases, production,

service, storerooms, sanitation, and maintenance of equipment.

Analyzing and controls all expenses related to the food department.
